Challenge
The project required a balance of the needs and aesthetics of two individual clients together in a single building. Interior spaces were desired for the current needs while remaining flexible for future changes or expansion. Both firms desired a building that presented a sophisticated professional flair.
Solution
By carefully listening to the clients’ needs, we were able to create an interior layout addressing the spatial requirements of both companies. A clean professional façade was created by blending forms, shapes, and materials characteristic of the nearby residential neighborhood to respond to the clients’ needs.
