Phillips|Sekanick Architects, inc |psainc| has for more that two years worked closely with Design|Build partner DeSalvo Construction as well as preservation architect Chambers, Murphy & Burge on the renovation of the Technology Energy Belt Innovation Center in Warren. The building was completed at year end and is currently being furnished to welcome clients to the facility. The project, funded in part through DOE grants and both state and national historic tax credits, incorporates more than 28,000 SF of office, research and development space for energy associated companies developing new or improved technologies.
At a recent press conference, the design of the new corporate offices of The Cafaro Company were unveiled as part of continued development at the Eastwood Mall Complex. The building, currently under construction, will include nearly 50,000 SF of premium office space that is part of a broader expansion of mall facilities. With plans to connect the structure to the recently opened Marriott Residence Inn and the new conference center, the offices create a new center of activity within the mall. The complex improvements are expected to cost approximately $50 Million and the offices should be complete in late 2015.
