The development of commercial offices and properties requires not only a knowledge of construction, but also a significant understanding of market needs and conditions. The Wexford Center, a complex of three single story commerical offices designed and built in 1997 and 1998, represent a design approach intended to meet a variety of market needs. The buildings provide flexibility of tenant layouts with minimal intermediate structural elements while providing a consistent, but individual entry to each tenant suite. The structure blends EIFS with an earth tone brick for a clean, contemporary feel.
