Sleepy Hollow Sleep Shop

The Sleepy Hollow Sleep Shop, located along a busy commercial corridor in Howland Township, retains the character of other Sleepy Hollow stores, but also introduces additional detail and site specific elements. Responding to the community’s design standards, the design incorporated EIFS, brick, metal roofing, and a precast aerated concrete wall system, that together enhance the overall appearance of the facility. As the first structure built on the site, this retail facility set a new standard for on-going development. Shared vehicular access routes and improved traffic flows were coordinated with local zoning officials and adjacent property owners.
