Quantum Fitness
Howland Township, Ohio

Designed as flexible office space and for use as a fitness center and physical therapy office, these buildings were finished to provide a campus-like appearance. Located in a mixed suburban residential and commercial area, the design reflected the residential character but strongly emphasized more commercial features in the exterior facade. Built in 1988, the buildings included a physical therapy area, therapy pool, workout areas and tenant buildouts including a law office and orthodontist.
