The Primary Health project was created to expand existing offices that no longer met the owners needs and to replace an older building addition that was in need of significant repair. The design challenge included a very limited site as well as a requirement to connect the addtion to an older existing structure that was at at different elevation than the previous addition that was to be renovated and replaced. By working with the owner and city planning and zoning office, Phillips/Sekanick Architects, inc were able to create a new addtion that provided the new space necesssary, but that also provided a new waiting room, business office and other accessory areas that increased the presence of the facility on the site.c.
