Panera Bread Restaurant
Seekonk, Massachusetts

Located on a busy commercial strip, this 10,000 square foot multi-tenant plaza was developed for Panera Bread, designed by Phillips/Sekanick Architects, and several other retail establishments. Because local signage restrictions allowed only minimal use of brand identification, an illuminated tower was conceived to create a visual element that was used as a landmark and identification feature . The overall mix of design elements was played off of the local aesthetic of this established Massachusetts community.
