Phillips/Sekanick Architects, inc was approached in mid 2005 to design a new office and training center for the local IBEW. The center was to be designed to include new classroom areas along with teaching labs that permitted the local apprentices to experience the latest in installation methods and technology. The project was designed around a prefabricated metal building structure purchased by the Warren Joint Training Center and included the sub-division of the facility into two distinct areas. Administrative areas were added for both the IBEW local and WAJTTF. The project is anticiapted to be completed early 2007.
