Building design and planning is often undertaken with Developers providing speculative office or retail space for future tenants. In association with Lewis Development, our firm has worked on numerous tenant alterations and improvements in both new and existing buildings. Casal D’e Spa and Salon chose the Hunter V building in the Hunter Square Development to expand. Our firm worked with the tenant and developer to create a space that reflected the proper semblance of the tenant while addressing the more practical needs and concerns of the developer.
