Harvard Commons
& Butler Wick
Howland Township, Ohio
Inspired by traditional design features and a need for flexible, economical, and efficient construction, the Harvard Commons project created unique, high end office space for a variety of business users. As a planned development marketed by our client to accommodate tenants of various sizes, the buildings were designed to be distinctive while retaining a similarity of form and materials. Butler Wick Company, a regional investment and brokerage firm, became the first tenant of Harvard Commons. They occupy the first of these two buildings, requiring internal divisions of organization to meet regulatory requirements. These buildings are the first of a total of five office buildings planned for development on the site
